Integrated Dosing Calculator
  • Version 1.3 (April 16, 2006)*
The Emergency Medications Calculator generates a table of doses for emergency medications based on patient age and weight. The Drip Rate-Dose Table Calculators generates tables that relate infusion rates in mL/hr to dosing rates per kg per unit time. This version includes a table of common concentrations (Fixed Concentration Table) of medications used for infusion. For older versions, see below. Please contact the author with any issues.
Fixed Concentration Medicated Infusions
  • Version 1.3 (December 24, 2009)*. Enter patient weight and click on the desired concentration to generate tables that relate infusion rates in mL/hr to dosing rates per kg per unit time.
